sporting facility on the eastern shore. About us Master Dominick Flora is a Maryland certified physical education teacher in Wicomico County and a national certified fifth degree black belt master instructor. Master Dominick has been teaching martial arts in Salisbury since 1990. He also coaches sports at both the middle and high school level. With a hand picked staff of certified teachers and trainers Flora’s Fitness will be a one-stop shop for all your fitness and recreation needs.
